1. Who we are
logoresizetool.com (“Pro Logo Resizer”, “the site”, “we”) is published by Webteqno Ltd. You can contact us at info@webteqno.com or through the contact page.
2. The service
The site provides free tools that run in your web browser to resize, convert, recolour, compress, crop, trace, watermark and otherwise process images and related files, together with guides about logos and brand images. The tools are provided free of charge, without an account. We may change, add or remove tools and content at any time.
3. Your files
- The image tools process files locally on your device. We do not receive, store or claim any rights over the files you process.
- You are responsible for the files you choose to process and for how you use the results.
- Keep your original files. Always check downloaded results before relying on them — see section 6.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the tools for personal and commercial work. You agree not to use the site to:
- Process, alter or distribute content you do not own or have permission to use, or remove copyright notices, attribution or rights-management information from other people’s work.
- Create or support deceptive content, including misrepresenting AI-generated or edited images as unaltered where a platform, contract or law requires disclosure.
- Infringe trademarks — for example, preparing another company’s logo for use that suggests an affiliation that does not exist.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated means to overload it.
- Break any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s design, code, text, guides, diagrams and sample images are owned by Webteqno Ltd or its licensors. You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish our guides in full or build a copy of the site. The sample test images offered on tool pages may be used freely for testing the tools.
Brand names mentioned in guides (such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopify or Etsy) belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
6. No warranty
The tools and guides are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that:
- results will meet a particular platform’s upload requirements, which can change without notice;
- outputs will be free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose, including print production;
- metadata tools will remove every form of embedded information — invisible watermarks and data in unsupported formats are not affected;
- QR codes will scan in every condition — always test before printing;
- the site will be available without interruption.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webteqno Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, business or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Because the tools are free and process files on your device, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to £50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense, described in the privacy policy, and links to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date below shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
