A clean email signature quietly markets your brand on every message you send. It adds credibility, makes you easy to contact, and reinforces your logo and colors. This generator builds a tidy, table-based HTML signature that holds its layout across Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
In Outlook, go to Settings - Mail - Compose and reply, then paste into the signature box. In Apple Mail, paste into Preferences - Signatures (untick Always match my default font).
You likely uploaded it (base64), which many clients block. Use the Logo URL field with a publicly hosted image instead.
Email apps treat images very differently. These choices, made in the generator, prevent the most common problems:

Upload the PNG to your own website (for example yourdomain.com/email/logo.png) and paste that address into the Logo URL field. Open the address in a private browser window to confirm it loads without logging in. Shared-drive links are usually not direct image addresses and break in email.
Gmail: click Copy signature, then open Settings → See all settings → Signature → Create new, paste, and save at the bottom of the page. Outlook (new and web): Settings → Accounts → Signatures, paste and save. Classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures. The generator sets explicit image dimensions so Outlook’s display scaling does not enlarge the logo.
