A transparent logo sits cleanly on any background - your website header, a colored banner, a slide, or a photo. If your logo currently has a white or solid-colored box around it, this tool strips that background away and gives you a transparent PNG in seconds.
The remover samples the background color (by default from the corner of your image) and erases every pixel that matches within your chosen tolerance. With only remove connected edges enabled, it flood-fills inward from the borders, so a color that also appears inside your logo is preserved.
Your tolerance is too high, or your logo contains the same color as the background. Lower the tolerance, or keep only remove connected edges enabled.

This tool removes one flat background colour. It is fast and precise on logos, and deliberately simple — you can see and control exactly what is removed. Four settings do all the work:

On a white preview, leftover white pixels are invisible. Switch the edge check to Dark before downloading: that is where halos, specks and missing letter holes show up. If a stubborn halo remains, the transparent background guide explains why it happens and how to fix it at the source.
Photos with people, products on textured surfaces, gradients and busy backgrounds need an AI cutout tool. You can still bring the result here to clean a remaining solid colour. Once your logo is transparent, save it as PNG or WebP — JPG cannot store transparency — and use it to make white and black versions or a favicon.
