For a useful bug report
- Include the exact page URL and your browser/device.
- Describe the steps, expected result, and what actually happened.
- For image problems, state the file type and approximate dimensions. Use a non-confidential sample if you choose to share one.
Do not send passwords, account access codes, or confidential customer artwork. Selecting a file in the image tools does not submit a support request or send that image to us.
Privacy questions and corrections
Use the same contact route for privacy questions or factual corrections. Identify the relevant page and issue; do not include unnecessary personal information.
