Reporting a tool problem
The tools run entirely in your browser, so problems usually depend on the browser, the device or the specific file. A useful report includes:
- The page address of the tool (for example, https://logoresizetool.com/favicon-generator.html).
- Your browser and device (for example, Safari on iPhone 15, or Chrome on Windows 11).
- What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened, including any error message.
- The file type and approximate dimensions (for example, a 3000 × 1000 PNG with transparency).
If you can reproduce the problem with a non-confidential image, you are welcome to attach it. Please do not send confidential client artwork, and never send passwords or account details.
Suggesting a correction to a guide
Social networks and other platforms change their image requirements regularly. If a size, limit or setting in one of our guides is out of date, tell us which page and what has changed — a link to the platform’s official help page is ideal. We check every correction against the source and update the guide’s “Updated” date when we make a change. Our editorial policy explains the process.
Privacy questions
Selecting an image in our tools does not send it to us — files are processed on your device, and using a tool does not create a support request. If you have a question about analytics, advertising cookies or information you have sent us directly, email us and see the privacy policy. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in messages.
Feature requests
Many of the tools on this site began as suggestions. If there is a logo or brand-image task you do regularly that none of our tools handle well, describe it — the platform, the size you need and what you currently do by hand.
